I have a secret to great popcorn that does not get stuck in your teeth! There is a variety of popcorn grown in Indiana called Lady Finger. It is a very small seed with hardly any hull. The kernels are small and full of flavor.

How to pop the popcorn
I use a hot air popcorn popper. Also, I feel the maple glaze sticks to a popcorn kernel better if it is hot air popped.

If you do have leftovers seal in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Use within a few days. You could freshen it up in a 250-degree oven spread on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 6 cups popcorn , popped in hot air popper
- 3 tablespoons butter,
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, real
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- salt
Instructions
- Pop popcorn in a hot air popcorn popper
- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Once butter is melted add maple syrup. Stir to combine and heat syrup through just until it starts to bubble.
- Take off heat and stir in vanilla and cinnamon
- Pour over popcorn and quickly toss to coat.
- Spread popped corn into a single layer of parchment paper and sprinkle with salt.
- Allow to cool before eating. Store in an airtight container.
