Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie

This Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie is filled with creamy peanut butter protein, healthy chocolate sauce, sweet banana and a punch of cold brew coffee all mixed up in good for you almond milk.

Ingredients

1 large frozen banana

1 Windstone Farms Creamy Peanut Butter 1.15 oz packet

1/4 cup cold brew coffee

1/2 cup no sugar added almond milk

Healthy Vegan Chocolate Sauce

2/3 cup dried pitted dates 

1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


Instructions

Healthy Vegan Chocolate Sauce

Pour just enough boiling water over dried dates to cover. Allow to sit for 30 minutes and then drain. 

Place soaked dates, coconut milk, cocoa powder into a small blender such as a magic bullet. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape the sides and blend again. 

Enjoy immediately or keep in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. 

Smoothie

Mix frozen banana, peanut butter, cold brew coffee, and almond milk into a blender. Whip until smooth and creamy. 

Pour into a glass and top with healthy chocolate sauce
