A blend of seasonings that impart a Thai flavor to meats, vegetables, grains.
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened dried sheredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne or Serrano powder ( more if you like it spicy)
- Combine all ingredients into a coffee grinder, whisk until coconut is a powder and all seasoning is blended..
- Place in an airtight container.
