Ingredients
- 4 to matillos husk removed and roughly chopped
- 1 medium size jalapeno seeds removed and roughly chopped
- 1 large avocado peeled and pitted
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry parsley
- 1 teaspoons dry dill
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
