Sweet & Savory Baked Brie with Cranberry Jam

This sweet and savory baked brie recipe with cranberry jam is an upscale appetizer that is very quick to make, and the best part is, all the ingredients can be kept on hand for an impromptu party

brie round wheel  brown sugar pecans   cashews  cinnamon nutmeg Cranberry Jam

Just a few simple ingredients to keep on hand.

– Line a pie pan with a square of parchment paper.  – Take the paper wrapper off your round of brie. Leave the rind on.


– Combine nuts, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Stir until combined well. This will be your crunchy nuts for the topping.


Place nut mixture over top of brie wheel. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.  Get sliced apples and pears washed and ready to be sliced. 




 –Top with cranberry jam and bake for 2 more minutes. Transfer to a serving plate. place fresh rosemary around the wheel for decoration. 

Serve with sliced apples, sliced pears, or thick crackers.  Pour a glass of wine and enjoy. 


Tip* serve with ginger snaps as a dessert!
