With a few simple ingredients and this basic recipe, you can make a quick white bread substitute. Or with a few add-ins have a unique sandwich.

 1. In a small bowl whisk the egg until well beaten.  2. Add the almond flour, may, baking powder, and water. Mix well.


  3. Spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray and pour half of the batter in.  4. Close the lid and allow to cook for about 3 minutes  


– Breakfast sandwiches: Add bacon bits to the batter and sprinkle cheese on the batter. – BLT: Add bacon bits to the batter. Then make a sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes.


– Sweet Chaffle: Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar. As soon as they are done cooking, sprinkle a little more on the top.
