Pat It Dry

Pat the pork roast with paper towels to get rid of any excess moisture.

 Sprinkle the roast with salt, pepper, and paprika, rubbing it all over the roast.

Sear meat, turning it to brown the outside of your pork loin evenly. This should take about 5 minutes to do it properly.

Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven and roast for 2 hours
