Instant Pot Clam Chowder
You can make this rich, creamy Instant Pot clam chowder recipe in about 30 minutes. This recipe makes a comforting warm chowder that is full of tender potatoes, carrots, celery and loaded with sweet pieces of clams.
Chop all your veggies and place them in Instant Pot with brooth and thyme.
Cook for 15 minutes and do a quick release when done.
Whisk whipping cream and flour together then add to the Instant Pot. Simmer for 7 minutes to thicken.
After simmering, remove half of the chowder. Use an immersion blender on the half in the Instant Pot. Return other half.
The chowder will be rich and creamy. You can blend more or less to your liking of thickness
