  • 2 cups black eyed peas canned drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
