  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 3 cups corn fresh or frozen, cooked
  • 1 cup cilantro fresh finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt and celery seeds together
  • Stir in corn, cilantro, and pomegranate seeds, tossing until coated
