This turkey pasta casserole is a crowd-pleaser, combining juicy turkey and creamy sauce in an easy one-pan meal. Great for busy weeknights or to use up holiday leftover turkey.

Instructions
Set your oven to 360°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, cooked pasta, frozen vegetables, grated cheddar, broth, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and stir until everything is evenly mixed.
1/2 lb roasted turkey, 1 lb cooked pasta, 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 tbsp lemon juice, Salt and pepper
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan over the pasta mixture for a crunchy, cheesy topping.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and the cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Broth: Use chicken, turkey, or even vegetable broth for extra flavor. You can also add a splash more broth if the pasta seems dry.
Cheese Variations: Feel free to use mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a mix of cheeses for a different flavor profile.
Breadcrumbs: Panko breadcrumbs will give a crispier topping.
