This Waldorf Chicken Salad is a creamy, hearty mix of tender shredded chicken, crisp apples, juicy grapes, and toasted pecans in a mayonnaise and Greek yogurt dressing. It holds its texture well after chilling, making it practical for meal prep and easy to serve as a sandwich or a main dish for lunch or supper.
