Instructions
Prep the Oven and Dish
Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit/190 degree Celsius.
Spray a 9 inch x 13 inch casserole dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.

Cook the Onion and Garlic
Heat the olive oil in a large 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onion and cook until they become transparent and soft. (2 to 3 minutes)

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant for about 1 minute.

Make the Alfredo Sauce Mixture
Next stir in the Alfredo sauce, poultry seasoning, ground thyme, Lawry’s seasoning, black pepper, and sour cream until everything is smooth and well combined.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture start to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Simmer the Chicken
Add the cooked, diced chicken breast to the sauce mixture.

Simmer for about 5 minutes stirring a few times so it does not stick.
Prep the Broccoli
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Place the broccoli in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave until hot and slightly tender, depending on how cooked you like your broccoli.
Drain the broccoli.
Combine and Add Cheese
Gently stir the broccoli into the chicken and sauce mixture.
Add 1 cup of grated Swiss cheese and gently mix until it’s melted and evenly distributed.
