You can cook a juicy and tender turkey breast and stuffing with this simple crockpot recipe. Perfect for weeknights or as an easy Thanksgiving option with stuffing!
2lbsturkey breastsboneless skinless- If frozen, defrost the turkey in the microwave or overnight in the refrigerator.
10.5ouncecream of chicken1 can
1cupsour cream(if you prefer, you could also use Greek yogurt)
6ounceboxed stuffing mixregular or cornbread
Instructions
Place turkey breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Whisk until well blended and creamy.
10.5 ounce cream of chicken, 1 cup sour cream
Spread the mixture over the turkey in the crock pot.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix bread crumbs over the turkey and cream mixture. Gently pat it down into the sauce, but do not stir it in. Note: Do not premake the stuffing. If your boxed stuffing mix has a separate packet of seasoning, mix it with the bread crumbs and sprinkle them on top of the turkey. Most brands already have seasoning in the bread crumbs, but not all do.
6 ounce boxed stuffing mix
Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
Notes
Optional Add-InsAdd some extra vegetables for a complete one-pot meal. Pick one or two of these ideas. Mix them in with the cream of chicken soup and sour cream mixture. There is no need to thaw frozen veggies.
