Place the unwrapped block of cream cheese in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Set the microwave to medium power for 30- 40 seconds. Check and stir, then repeat in 20-second intervals until it reaches a very soft texture but is not warm.
8 ounces cream cheese
Using a whisk or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. If there are small pieces of cream cheese, continue to whip until smooth.
Add the honey, strawberry preserves, and mustard to the whipped cream cheese.
2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard, ½ cup honey, 3 tablespoons strawberry preserves
Using a large spoon, stir until all the ingredients are combined into a smooth, creamy dip.
