TIPS FOR SERVING

The key to serving your guests fun and yummy Greek food is to have a plan. Decide if you want a sit-down dinner or a casual buffet-style meal. Whichever way you choose, there are many things you can do a day or two ahead of time for the party. You could set the table and buffet line. Put up the decorations and arrange your furniture to make it easy for guests to move around and have great conversations. I always do this the day before, so I am sure I have everything I need with no last-minute surprises.
