Toss romaine, apples, onions, cranberries, and walnuts in a large bowl
Dressing
Combine in a jar, apple juice, white balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, onion and garlic powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Seal with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.
