- Shreded chicken: Here is the key to make this Masters chicken salad taste just like it does on the course, pressure cook your chicken. Pressure cooking gives the chicken the same texter as they serve on the course. It also allows you to infusea bit of poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in your meat.
- Mayonnaise: Use a good qulity mayo like Hellmann's mayo or Dukes. Do not use sweet spread like Miracle Whip.

- Place 4 cups of chicken in a medium size mixing bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and toss to evenly coat the meat.
- Add mayonnaise and celery to the bowl. Stirring for 60 seconds or so to compleatly blend the chicken with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Serve on a brioche bun just like the Masters does.

This is a classic chicken salad that is great if you add in a few flavorful ingredients. However, just note, The Masters keeps their sandwiches simple.
- Mix in 1/2 sliced grapes
- Add 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or cashews.
- Mix in 1/3 cup of sweet or dill pickle relish
- If you like it spicy I highly suggest adding in a few tablespoons of diced Cowboy Candy (aka) pickled jalapenos.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise Use a good quality mayo such as Hellman's or Dukes.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper fine ground
