WHAT IS SAZON SEASONING?

Sazon, pronounced in Spain, sah-thohn, is a type of flavorful seasoning salt, used in Spanish and Mexican cooking. Since Sazon means ‘seasoning’ in Spanish, it is easy to see where the name for this all-purpose seasoning comes from. The seasoning is reddish in color, recipes typically include coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

HOW DOES IT TASTE?

Sazon gives your food a savory and comforting flavor that is not spicy.  It’s a quick way to add classic Spanish flavor to your recipes.

WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Sazon seasoning is used to enhance existing flavors in a dish just like you would with a salt shaker.

  • Beef
  • Chicken
  • Fish
  • Soups and Stews
  • Tacos
  • Rice
