✔️Chilling tip

It is best to prechill your cocktail glass in the freezer for an hour before using it. Starting with a chilled cocktail glass will keep your drink cool longer. This is a plus, so you do not have to add ice and water down your cocktail’s flavors.

✔️Tip for party planning

If you are planning a party, you can make a large batch of the spiced simple syrup the day before. After making it, allow to cool and then place in a pitcher with a secure lid and refrigerate. It can be stored for several days in your refrigerator. ** Just change the servings number in the recipe card.

✔️Make it pretty

Make any cocktail a touch more romantic by sprinkling a few dried rose petals on top of your drink. These rose petals are food-grade, organically grown without GMO, and hand-picked daily before sunrise just as the flower blooms and the rose oil content is high. The petals are then left to dry in the sun before packing for distribution.

🔀 Variations

  • To make this cocktail lower in sugar, use diet cranberry juiceand diet ginger ale. This will trim off a few calories from the original recipe.
  • If you do not like tart cranberry juice, use sweetened cranberry juice.
  • Add a few slices of fresh strawberries or fresh red raspberries to your glass.
  • Use lemon-lime soda in place of the ginge ale.
  • Switch out the vodka for coconut rum to give your drink a sweeter tropical taste.
  • If you want ice in your cocktail, purchase an ice cube tray that makes one large ice cube for your glass. It will melt slower, so your drink does not get water down as quickly.
