One of my all-time favorite go-to food bar ideas is a Mexican themed dinner. I have all the makings ready for soft or hard tacos, nachos and taco salads. This makes it flexible for your guest to create their own plate full of Mexican goodness.

Another good side for a Mexican food bar idea is to serve my Mexican Corn Salad. It is a quick, colorful salad full of fresh flavors and with a kick of cilantro which makes it a perfect side salad or a dip with chips.
Baked Potato Bar
Creating a baked potato bar is a great prep ahead meal that your family and friends will enjoy. Try this fun way to precook your baked potatoes. You can fill bowls with the following toppings, just place in the refrigerator until it’s time to serve.
